I ordered potato soup. It didn't have any meat or onions. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 11 min and was told they were busy and the toppings were overlooked. There was no apology and just offered to replace it. The soup was potatoes and cheese. It was not good.

I was let down so much. Let me say first it has nothing to do with the service. She was awesome, the food taste and size was NOT what I remember. I would eat breakfast here every Sunday for years with my daughter. We moved to a state that doesn't have a BE so I hadn't had it in 8 years. I told my son all about it and how amazing it was... For years. We went and it was just not the same.

The meal wasn't worth what i had to pay.I ordered bacon with my meal and received burnt sausage patties. Server said they ran out of bacon and just decided to give me sausage. She said she would get the bacon for me when it was done. Well I never received it thanks. As for the hash browns, I bet there was maybe a half a cup for each of us. There was a bug in my coffee. The only reason we even went there is because my husband had to fast for a stress test. He is diabetic and had to eat. Plus several people had to wait to even cash out. You could of easily had several people just walk out and nobody would of known. I hope someone works the problems there.

We came in and all the tables were dirty but only 2 families were seated, after waiting 10 minutes to be seated because we didn't see a waitier for 15 minutes then when food was order another hour wait, only 3 workers there, and at times none were present at all. The food was decent but my food was all over cooked and another from my family got the scraping of roast beef, so barley any. We didn't see a waiter almost the whole hour we waited and when he realized we didn't leave much of a tip he left those dirty plates there aswell. The fastest part about our service was them taking our money. We were still told nothing was wrong with are service after.

I felt like just ate a tire, bob Evans? More like bob's tire store with how rubbery the chicken was. The onion rings felt like I just got my oil changed. the service was good. But that is no excuse for how the food was it was so nasty never again will never be here again I swear just got my duel wheel truck changed with the tire like chicken I got. And all together it cost $100 for some tires

Bob Evans is a good place for a for breakfast with good food and friends or family or both. The staff are very courteous and friendly and don’t mind a touch of humor, which, in my opinion, makes for a great time by all. I, 10/10, would recommend Bob Evans for your next brunch with the family!Parking: Parking can be a bit tight when they are busy.Kid-friendliness: They are always welcoming to children of all ages.
