We go here about 4-6 times a year after my dad's medical procedures. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is fast and fresh. They have some really yummy flavored lemonade that is made with real fruit, and free refills so yummy.
Service was terrible, our water came and got our order then didn't come back for 45 minutes. By then I had to ask another waiter to please check on our food. Food arrived 50 minutes after being seated. Super awkward having to ask for it. Food arrived barely warm. Pretty sure they forgot about us.
This used to be one of our favorite places to go for breakfast. It has certainly gone down hill in the past few years and we were disappointed on our meal yesterday.
The waitress did her best but they were understaffed and it was hard to keep up. Our orders were incorrect and the portions much smaller.
