This was my 1st visit to this establishment. We had a group of 7. Our orders were taken and we found an area which allowed us all to sit together. The food was great...I loved my crinkled fries. Amazing how conversation stops when good food is on the table. This was a 👍🏽 experience. I received the cutest Culver Duckie👏🏽
Staff was friendly,but seemed overwhelmed . Order 2 value meals.
Usually always have good meals at Culver's. This is the 2nd time at this one. Neither time has been great. Today bugers were literally burnt ,not just the crispy edges like normal.
Burgers were dry very little condiments.
Pop machine leaked. 2 of the ketchup dispensers were empty..
Used to go to Culver's at least once a week,
Prices have gone up so much now...

We love Culver’s but are getting so weary of the long waits for dine in orders! I understand that they need to get the cats through the drive up- but NOT at the expense of those waiting. We stopped at this one on our way to a 3pm wedding in Traverse City. We ordered at 12:41 and finally got our food at 1:15 - only after I went to the counter and insisted it be expedited. We googled our good and are back in the car where GPS says we’ll barely make it on time....
