After waiting and watching for over 20 min, I watched the 2 female employees working their butts of to get everything done, from taking orders, to slicing meat, to making sandwiches... These 2 young ladies were doing their very best to take up the slack for the 2 young men that they had working on their team. Those 2 were very slow and did not move with a purpose at all. The one on the grill finished 4 sandwiches then took 5 or so minutes to set up stuff for the next orders...

I have celiac disease and they are very kind and careful in making gluten free subs for me. This means so much to me: it's been years since I've had the option to grab a quick bite to eat while away from my house that isn't some prepackaged gluten free protein bar. Thank you Jersey Mike's for offering gluten free subs and most of all for educating their staff about cross-contact! And thank you to the staff at the Big Rapids location for taking that seriously...

In today's world, it's not so common to have a great experience . Our visit to the Big Rapids location today was great due to the kindness and great service shown by Jessica. She was so nice and caring. My Wife and I left with a smile on our faces. 10/10 highly recommend.
