I tried to get some jalapenos on the side and they told me no I was willing to pay for them they said no it's a weird policy that's my only complaint
Is Jimmy John's in Big Rapids having the $1 subs on May 2nd like some of the others are??
Family ordered sub's and mine had a long hair imbedded in the lettuce, called for a new sub and was given a hard time. Waited a long time for them to rerun a sand which out no apologies or refund for inconvenience. Very disappointed, we have never had this issue before and we won't be going back.
