The employees were over-nice. The service was good. The iced chai latte was so bad that I found a Starbucks further down my route and got a new one. It tasted like it was sweetened with an artificial sweetener. I made my purchase through the drive-thru so can't say what the inside was like.
Haven’t tried any of their food from Scooters but their drinks are amazing!? I’m surprised that this rating is not higher but the workers are always friendly and efficient. Even when they are rushed they seem to be on ice skates going from one order to the next! Awesome job Scooters Big Rapids! Y’all are amazing!
We went to the drive through my wife got a nutter butter blender which was amazing and I got a red bull infused drink that was ok, pretty tangy. The staff was great and we didn't have to wait to long.
