Taco Bell in Big Rapids did a very good job the other day, they were super busy and some customers were being rude to the workers, in the drive thru! The young guys working the window handled it amazing then went on to serve everyone in the drive thru with smiles and very fast as well! You guys rock thanks for serving Big Rapid's!

Very well kept even the restroom is almost always clean. The staff was friendly and very efficient. They have three kiosks that you can order from along with a few registers u can as well. The atmosphere is very clean and there’s plenty of parking and seating. The drive- thru is also very quick with multiple windows to get your food at. Parking lot is easy to navigate and everything always is done right

Had a high top van at 1 AM that cannot go through the drive thru. Banged on the door loudly. At first they were confused but then we explained about the van and they took our order and walked it out to us.
