A great big giant thank you to Conner and Nathaniel (apologies if the names are off). They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. They also have no idea how that changed the night I was having and put a smile on my face. My faith in humanity is a little better tonight. Thank you again. Wendy's is lucky to have you both as employees.
Good food and wonderful customer service

Wendy's in Big Rapids offers fresh, never frozen hamburger patties and an affordable menu, with great-tasting Baconators. The restaurant provides fast and friendly service, making it a favorite for families. It has plenty of seating and is well kept, with food coming out quickly and clean restrooms. The drive-thru is always fast, and there is plenty of parking, including handicap accessible spaces, although there are no automatic doors for wheelchair users. Customers enjoy the burgers, which are considered better than those at other fast food places, and the fries are also highly praised. A popular drink option is the strawberry lemonade, which many find unbelievably good. Some customers love the chicken breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with honey butter, claiming it's better than anything at McDonald's. While the menu offers limited vegetarian options like salads, overcharging issues have been reported at specific locations. Overall, Wendy's remains a well-liked spot for good food and quick service.
