“First time here. Ordered Kung Bo chicken dinner after having my husband ask the person at the counter what dish was in a previous review photo. This is hands down the BEST dish I have gotten at a Chinese restaurant, ever in my life. I am not young! & I do not live in Big Rapids, now I need to find a way to make my way back semi-regularly just for this dish. The flavor is sooo good, will be craving it for months, eggroll was delicious and crispy as well. Highly recommend, we will be back. Thank you for sharing such amazing food with the community!“

The service was terrible and I had to wait for a part of my order, which was fine, until they forgot about me. When I walked inside to ask about it, she told me I would have to wait and I told her that's what she said when I ordered through the drive thru. Then a couple orders came up, she went to hand me a bag but quickly turned around and took something out of it. Now my other food is cold. Normally I don't complain but it was so nonchalantly handled like that's how customer service is now. Also I asked for 2 breasts in my combo meal and received a wing and a breast.“

“Last night I was picked up by Austin from mile number 150 and 131 N. The service that I got from him was phenomenal. His service was extremely quick, helpful friendly and went way beyond what I would have expected. Give that man a good raise he certainly deserves it“

“The drive thru order speaker is funky since the baseball bat must have done some damage, looks like it happened a long time ago.
Straighten the oder out at the window, gen z still needs to work on socializing but worked out correctly.
Recived our order- loaded Italian lacked tomato and red onions of any decent quality and then the shredded lettuce covered in mayo didn't help the flat soggy bun.. nice cut in half which made it easy to get rid of half of it in the hiding trash can.
Classic cheddar were so so, I was told but I did notice the beef looked brown but I guess that's what fresh beef looks like.
Overall, its just a basic assembly line Arby's, I really like the turkey bacon I got in Grandville and the building was perfect.
3 stars is average. We've driven past this Arby's and might use again but today it was just off.

“The gentleman working the drive through at 12:30 am on July 22nd 2026 ran that joint like a well oiled machine. The customer service was the best I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell, he genuinely cared that we had all the sauces we would need for our meal, which made since after j took the first bite of my Crunchwrap supreme and it was crunched to the Gods let me tell you. Best Taco Bell experience ever. I hope he’s there everytime I go, but on the contrary I’d trust this man with a lot more than a drive through, he has genuine compassion and humanity, if he ran for office I’d vote for him.
