“4 stars for Brandon!! The new guy I was told as his female team member stopped to thank me for my patience (because I had already been standing waiting in an empty dining area for my order for awhile). She explained he was new and working on my order after she moved it from the working line to his half stocked line on her way out to have a smoke/vape (Yes I saw). None of the above would have bothered me until I saw that. After he found the stuff he needed for the line my food turned out great! Thanks man.

“Randi was super friendly, and didn't show any frustration when I changed my mind in the middle of my order. She smiled and made me feel like I was her priority. The gal that rang me up (Angie) was just as friendly, and even invited me to come back soon. Since I didn't get a receipt to do Subways survey, I wanted to get on here and make it known just how amazing the customer service at this Subway truly is. A couple of diamonds in the rough, in this crazy world we live in! I highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself.“

“Drive thru, first was the ordering speaker it wasn't beaten with a baseball bat and was clear sounding,
Our food was correct and the service at the window was pleasant.
So everything was ok, we went earlier 10:30 am. Had our coupons and our food was better quality than Big Rapids Arby's with the baseball bat speaker, a noticeable quality difference in food and overall experience.“
