“I was about to give up on this location. I was sad because it was the closest one to my house. I decided to give it one more try. Well let me tell you something, my burger was the best burger I’d ever had from a Five Guys. Turns out they had hired a new person to work grill. I don’t know how she used the same ingredients, but made better burgers than anyone else. I had to send my compliments to the chef that day. Since then I have become a regular you could say. She now appears to be at management level (different shirt color). That same love she put into cooking burgers is now going into running the store. It is always clean and tidy. Chairs always pushed in. Tables always clean. Floors swept. If you haven’t tried this location lately, stop in. If Zamiyah is working you are in for a treat! Quincy did a fantastic job on my burger tonight! Thank you Zamiyah and Quincy!“

“Absolutely iconic Muskegon restaurant. I was raised on the cheddar chili dog special at the downtown location in the 80’s and have never stopped loving it !“

“Our first visit to this restaurant. We were looking for a lunch spot and it was across from the bike shop we were at. They have a very eclectic menu and while my wife is happy trying new things I'm a picky eater. I ordered a special without changing anything, a first for me, and was very happy with the food. They were moderately busy but service was quick and the food was out very quick. We will be back.“

“I love Arby's. Their roast beef is so tender. I got the regular roast beef with lettcue and tomatoes. I also got mozzarella sticks. I like them better than fries. I also got cherry turnovers. I like that you can go there and get cherry turnover when ever the craving hits you.“

“Pulled up at 1:30 am with the wife ordered 4 meals. When I tell you we got good fast service. The fellas was not flustered or upset as usual from late night restaurants. After we got our meals the wife commented on fast and good the service was as well. It doesn't go unappreciated“

“I had a wonderful experience at Culver’s in Muskegon the Manager I think his name is Wade was helping me decide on some food when I had a couple questions about some ingredients that I thought I might be allergic to. He was very busy and took the time to come and talk to me. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.“

“I had an incorrect order and went in after going through the drive thru to ask for it to be remade. Dani, the manager refunded me and made my sandwich again. I truly appreciated that and she was very helpful and the food was well done. I appreciated the customer service and the refund for my time. Food is good and people are very kind.“

“We hadn't been to Long John Silvers for quite a while. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by the menu items. The menu had plenty of choices from chicken planks to fish to shrimp, clams, and more. We were impressed with the variety of sides that they offered as well. We were, however, not impressed with the prices. For example, I thought the price to add on three breaded shrimp for $3.69 was a little ridiculous. However, we all enjoyed our meals. We will return, but not very often due to the prices.“

I went through the drive-thru. It's nice to be greeted with somebody who has a smile on their face and happy to serve you. So I got the number

“When I travel Qdoba is my goto for a decent meal. I always know what to expect and i appreciate the consistency of the chain. I feel it is quality food and a substantial amount for a resonable price. Staff is well trained and the places always seems clean and well managed.“

“I came to the Jimmy John’s here and they were very, very busy with a long line and I could not believe the great customer service that I got they all worked together. It was great teamwork. The prices are kind of expensive but it’s well worth it. The top three employees that I like the best actually Was Antonio. He had a smile on his face. “Tonight was our first time at Culvers in Muskegon. My husband got a burger basket and a chili, and I got the cod dinner. I have to say, the food was great. The service was so friendly and accommodating. My fish was so good that it had me wishing I could eat more, sadly I am not a big woman. We will be back, again and again.“

“Not okay, I've gone to this Taco Bell. A lot normally it is great. But today everything was burnt. The food was half of what it was or should be burritos were burnt, quesadilla was burnt. I got this new bowl thing bunch of addons, and I can fit it all in the palm of my hand small portioned. The wraps were small. The burritos were small. The tacos were small. The fries were small . Just crap please do something about this or I'm not coming back this was just un called for worst I ever had here like I said, normally great. But maybe you're all just having a bad day. I don't know but absolute c.r.a.p fix it“

“I woke up panicked, realizing I hadn’t placed a catering order for 40 people I needed that day. I placed the order at 2:30am online on their catering website, at 7:30am I received a text confirming the order, at 9am I received a text confirming my order would be ready at 1:15pm, and when I arrived to pick up they were super attentive, didn’t mind that I added something on to the already gigantic last minute order. They gave me compliments, walked my two bags to the car, it was awesome customer service.“

“This was our first time eating here. The food was great and the fries were amazing! The service was good as well. The only issue I have is that the automatic voice response got our order wrong as we had ordered two meals of the same order but only recieved one. Over all, it seems to be a good place to eat especially if you don't mind talking to an Artificial Intelligence.“

It was here super quick, so I’m not sure why it would be cold. It was a bummer but I can tell that on a good day, this food would’ve been phenomenal and I plan on giving it a second chance. The Cajun mayo is perfect.“
