The lady they have running the drive-thru now is one of the rudest people I have ever come across in fast food and she should really get a different job because you can tell she's not happy.EVERY time I come to this store I order a SINGLE and every single time they give me a double ( and charge me for it)This lady acts like I asked her to rip off my arm when I asked her to correct my order to what I actually ordered.“

I ordered the mushroom & onion burger combo with fries upgraded to Greek town was charged for this upgrade and did not receive said upgrade… meal went from about $15 to $18 total. Food was hot & fresh though and burger was seasoned well .“
“In town for a home show downtown but staying at a hotel nearby- big snow storm is here and lots of places are closed early. Called to check if this place was open and Alex answered with a very friendly yes. The facility was clean when we walked in and the food was prepared with kindness and understanding by both people working. “It was a sub that was reasonable. Neither great nor bad. The service was rasonable, neither great or bad. The value is reasonable. I guess I'm not really getting why this place is better than any of the other sub places, but equally it isn't bad per say. I wouldn't go out of my way to avoid it or to go to it.“

“I love this place and recently discovered it. The burgers are delicious and reminds me of a Culver's Butter Burger but less butter and way more pickles ?.The atmosphere is unique and reminded me of the old dinner style like Stake and Shake. It was very clean inside and I liked that I could see into the grill area like smash burgers and the other competition.The prices are a little higher here for fast food but they fit into the same bracket as the nicer burger joints without going to a bar or sit down restaurant.If you love a good burger and fries this is definitely a great place to try.“
“Good pizza. Got a Mod and it was just the right size. Wasn't busy until after we ordered, but the line behind us moved ok. The staff looked bored and miserable. There was one person sitting in a booth when we sat down at the only other "clean" table in the place (we still needed to wipe it down ourselves). Management should try saying,"If you can lean, you can clean."“

“The food is always fresh and good, but the accuracy of our order has been wrong the last couple times we visited. The receipt shows the correct burger toppings but what we received was not what we ordered.Long Overdue Update: They made it right!!! After some email exchange we received gift cards to comeback and try again, and the orders were accurate.“
“all i can say is.. do the Root Beer and a coney dog! takes me back to the drive in memories 30 years ago when the hang your order on the driver window … best root beer ever .. and i did buy some of the mugs to freeze them then pour your root beer in … back in the day nothing was as good as a root beer in a frozen mug on a hot summer day!.. it’s important to acknowledge that A&W and KFC are at the same location to help them survive the downturn in the economy“
“I was impressed by my order from this restaurant. The tacos and chalupas were actually filled with ingredients. Another location I went to, always had empty shells (not much filling), and I quit going because it wasted money. I'm glad I stopped at this restaurant. It did not disappoint.“
“This subway is the best subway I’ve been to and I have been to many other subways. Their customer service is outstanding and genuine. I want to give a shout-out to Patience Humphrey that works there. She has excellent communication and every time I go she is always working so hard and she does everything she can to her best ability and she is overall an amazing worker and she has great work ethic. Most definitely recommend going to this subway. You will get nothing but great service!“

Arrived with a bus full of 21 hungry teenagers and the staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and easy to work with on getting everyone’s individual order on one bill and they were so welcoming to our group. We were in and out of there in no time at all!“

Found out I am Gluten intolerant and Sparta Subway does not have Gluten free bread like many other Subways have. Sparta....you Really need to look into the Gluten free bread...it comes frozen!“
