Yall gotta train the night shift employees you have working in there better. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. None of them know how to read the order screen. There were 2 cars in front of me and they mixed up all 3 of our orders. Instead of asking me what I ordered, they sat right in front of the window and argued with each other about how to read the screen. Service was AH-mazing! Caleb was the crewmember that helped me in my family. We were having issues getting the app to work and he figured it out for us. He was so kind, and patient. I definitely wanted to shout him out because you don’t get that a lot nowadays. Thank you every time I’ve been here food is great!

Breakfast crew is always on top of it and I really appreciate them. That being said though, the night crew is absolutely dragging them down. Burgers so greasy the bun disintegrates from being so saturated. They should also be aware their customers can hear EVERYTHING they say but we won’t get into that.
