I sincerely mean that. Just before driving through to get my coffee I had received a devastating phone call and was in tears. I got to the window, and Liz right away went from barista mode to friend mode within seconds without even knowing me. She asked if I would come in and talk, offered a hug, and picked out the best 'hug in a mug' for a drink for me. She listened to what was going on and was so supportive. This girl is amazing.

I had a really dark day that day, and if it wasn't for Liz, I don't know how I would've gathered myself.

“I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Starbucks on Northland Drive in Plainfield, especially Madison and Mo.

My vehicle broke down in the drive thru, and instead of simply waiting for someone else to help, they both went completely above and beyond. They came outside, helped me get my vehicle jump started, and genuinely rescued me from what could have been a very stressful situation. That level of kindness and willingness to help is something you don’t see every day, and I’ll never forget it.

On top of that, they still made my drink perfectly. Even with everything going on, the quality of the service and my order never skipped a beat.

Madison is consistently one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Every time I come through, she greets me with a smile, is genuinely welcoming, and always makes me feel like a valued customer. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service are a huge reason I keep coming back. “Believe it or not I had never been to a Tim Horton’s before. I was visiting from NE and had heard how great the coffee was so we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was great. The service was fast and the apple fritter was delicious. But I especially appreciated the friendly service we received from the young man working the cash register.
