Only reason why I'm even leaving a review.Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.“

“I want to give a special shout out to an amazing Manager. This morning at 10:40am (after breakfast was done) I rushed in to get some breakfast for my Grandfather that is on hospice. We were coming to visit him at home and get him food that he could eat. Thanks to an amazing person, she made him hotcakes, bacon, hash brown and threw in a apple pie. He was so happy he could eat a meal with us this morning. Thank you again for everything. Your truly one of a kind.“

“I moved out of Grand Rapids 10 years ago and have missed my seafoam from Sweetlands! imagine my surprise when I found out they will ship it! I just got my 2 lbs of seafoam today (1 milk chocolate. and 1 dark chocolate.) It came fast and in perfect condition and it tastes oh so good!!! The best!“

I sincerely mean that. Just before driving through to get my coffee I had received a devastating phone call and was in tears. I got to the window, and Liz right away went from barista mode to friend mode within seconds without even knowing me. She asked if I would come in and talk, offered a hug, and picked out the best 'hug in a mug' for a drink for me. She listened to what was going on and was so supportive. This girl is amazing.

I had a really dark day that day, and if it wasn't for Liz, I don't know how I would've gathered myself.
