“Could've given 5 starts but two employees took away from perfection. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help you?".This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happened in numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review.Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.“
“I ordered one of their new summer time drinks with red bull in it. The employees were not scooled as to the recipe for the drink. They had to call someone at a different store. It got made and it was very good on a hot day but the could keep the thawed out strawberries. No taste, mushy, and clogged the straw.“
“Service was AH-mazing! Caleb was the crewmember that helped me in my family. We were having issues getting the app to work and he figured it out for us. He was so kind, and patient. Alondra was our server and we would request her again. We also had a visit from Manager Charlotte, she was fun and funny and very engaging! Top notch breakfast this morning from the time we walked in until the time we walked out! Thank you!!!“

“Beautiful Starbucks! My drink was delicious and as expected. If I lived near this location, I would probably come and work here occasionally because of its appealing atmosphere. The drive-through is incredibly busy, with cars overflowing onto the busy adjoining street – see photos. They may need to figure out a better way to route their drive through traffic, as this doesn’t seem safe. Friendly staff ?“
“This place was super fun for my 2 year old. Couple thing a I didn’t like.. 1. Not a good selection for snacks on the menu & 2. Bathroom was gross. You have to take your shoes off once you enter (makes sense) but in the bathroom there was pee all over the floor by the toilet & on the toilet. Maybe someone needs to hold a key and hand it out when requested.“
“Feels like visiting family. I visit Sweetlands every time I come to Grand Rapids and no matter how long it has been the young man in the coffee shop remembers me and remembers my coffee choice. This is a lesson to all businesses, take the time to know your customers and you will never be without business. I have been given a reason other than coffee to visit this coffee shop, friendship. “Love this location! Staff is always friendly and quick. Never had an issue and I have been coming here for years.One time there was a staffing issue so they had to close earlier but they left signs up and even referred us to the Plainfield location. I love it when businesses leave up signs explaining when something is wrong.“
“This is my Fiance and I’s favorite coffee shop. Everytime we come in, the barista is super friendly, willing to answer questions and make small talk. Not to mention, their monthly specials are always fun and delicious.Friendly service, great coffee, and better prices than most places in the area including the chains. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!“
