I must stop & take the time out of my crazy busy life to share with you my BEST BIGGBY experience. I was at your Cedar Springs location yesterday to get coffee before going out to celebrate my sister’s birthday, etc. Anyway pulled up to the drive through & had the greatest service ever! These ladies are TERRIFIC, especially Sara was so sweet taking our order. I will definitely be stopping there EVERY time I’m in the area! The morning crew is always amazing.
This is an extremely busy exit off 131 and this place was packed. So of course it was slower than my bigby by my house. The employees who were working were doing an awesome job flying around the work station. Looked like a choreographed dance. 4 cars in the drive through and about 7 orders in front of me and it took 13 minutes for me to get my order. Just a busy location but the employees did a great job.
