The employees seemed to be more focused on catching up than getting orders right. They had my coffee sitting in the back by the drive through window because they tried to hand it out there instead of to me inside. They were too busy talking while that was going on. Placed a drive thru order for a latte and there was no espresso, just steamed milk. I didn't have time to go back at the time as I was on a time crunch and already on the highway. Tried calling several times and no answer, mailbox was full. Stopped back by this location later in the day and explained to them what happened, they wouldn't refund me and said they would remake my drink.
