Ordered bagel egg and cheese paid for added bacon, ordered hot buttercup also. They didn’t have sausage, I didn’t get a credit for paying for the added bacon which is now a substitute for the sausage. No hot coffee drinks were able to be made.This was my first and last experience with Bigbee. Staff generally seemed less than courteous at the counter and then they expected a tip on the payment screen! No cream or sweetener to be seen anywhere. Trash can smelled bad making the entire counter area unpleasant. The place could be cleaner and more welcoming.

I rarely ever stop and get coffee but today was just one of those days. I wanted something warm and sweet but didn't know what I wanted. On a whim I asked the young lady if she could make me her favorite warm and comforting beverage. She did not disappoint! She made a Spotted Owl hit coffee and I can say this will be my go to from now on.To the young lady working the drive thru tonight, thankyou for being patient with me and for being so kind to a complete stranger!
