I rarely ever stop and get coffee but today was just one of those days. I wanted something warm and sweet but didn't know what I wanted. On a whim I asked the young lady if she could make me her favorite warm and comforting beverage. She did not disappoint! She made a Spotted Owl hit coffee and I can say this will be my go to from now on.To the young lady working the drive thru tonight, thankyou for being patient with me and for being so kind to a complete stranger!

Ordered bagel egg and cheese paid for added bacon, ordered hot buttercup also. They didn’t have sausage, I didn’t get a credit for paying for the added bacon which is now a substitute for the sausage. No hot coffee drinks were able to be made.This was my first and last experience with Bigbee. The food was not good, the buttercup was such a novelty drink that I got absolutely no caffeine benefit from it. I didn’t order from a coffee shop to feel like I left the preschool lunch line.

Staff generally seemed less than courteous at the counter and then they expected a tip on the payment screen! No cream or sweetener to be seen anywhere. Trash can smelled bad making the entire counter area unpleasant. The place could be cleaner and more welcoming.

The wait is insanely slow. I dont get it. Over the past couple of years it has gotten immensely worse/slower! Frustrating, but will prefer to go out of my way for coffee from now on.

I’ve literally come here all the time for so many years now, but the past two or so the people working there just straight up don’t care. I never thought to review it until now but my last experience was just not it. The wait is absurd, I just saw them standing around talking inside the drive thru window, one person was the only one doing stuff and wasn’t very friendly when I interacted with her. I don’t know why it just seems to be a trend now of getting people to work here who don’t care but I live nearby and I’m definitely going to go out of my way to go to the one in Sparta or Cedar. Both have way friendlier staff who care and actually try and earn their pay.

Pulled up at 6am on a Saturday, no one answered drive thru. I called and asked if they were open as posted and someone answered to tell me they were not… glad I took an extra 10 minutes out of my morning to get no coffee before work.
