Believe it or not I had never been to a Tim Horton’s before. I was visiting from NE and had heard how great the coffee was so we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was great. The service was fast and the apple fritter was delicious. But I especially appreciated the friendly service we received from the young man working the cash register. I am pretty sure his name was James. What an asset to your organization.
I bought a latte yesterday. The cup was only 1/2 full of liquid. I suppose someone new may have made it because that’s not been my experience in the past.

Tim Hortons is a drive-thru only restaurant that consistently offers friendly service and great value products. The coffee is always hot and the drive-thru is speedy. While the building may show signs of wear, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The Farmers Wraps are a popular item, always hot and made correctly, making it a great way to start the day.
