Dear Liz - the amazing barista who helped me on one of my hardest days (6/5) - thank you.
I sincerely mean that. Just before driving through to get my coffee I had received a devastating phone call and was in tears. I got to the window, and Liz right away went from barista mode to friend mode within seconds without even knowing me. BIGGBY COFFEE provides excellent customer service, thanks to staff like Kevin, who go above and beyond to correct mistakes. This location stands out for its great drinks, including pup cups with peanut butter biscuits, a hit with dog owners. While there may be occasional errors with orders, the tasty coffee and lounge-like atmosphere make it a welcoming spot to relax and work, with friendly staff to boot. Prices may be a bit steep, but the quality and service make it worth a return visit.
