I love their strawberry açaí refreshers, but they put way too much ice in the drinks. My venti refresher was filled with 3/4 ice, it just seems a little excessive. Also there is no restrooms or indoor seating which was a little frustrating.
I understand everyone works hard at this location, but with the cost of the drinks you need to get the order right. I ordered a white hot chocolate and specifically said no mocha. What did I get, a white mocha. I do not drink coffee so this was the most disgusting taste. Drinks over $5 are hard to toss but there was no way I could even attempt to drink it. Will be avoiding this location for awhile.

This place is a drive through with a small space for off the street orders. The staff is friendly and helpful, very warm and welcoming from start to finish. They are always moving as quickly as they can, managing mobile, walk in, and drive through orders. The team does their absolute best to correct issues when others might not. However, some customers report long wait times for mobile orders, waiting well beyond the time stated, with 25+ minutes for a simple drink being unreal. The app gets the time SO wrong. For the fastest and most accurate service, ordering ahead on the app is recommended; otherwise, walk-in orders may require a long wait. The Sumatra coffee was good, and a favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese. Some find it no different than any other Starbucks, with polite and friendly efficient staff.
