I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Starbucks on Northland Drive in Plainfield, especially Madison and Mo.
My vehicle broke down in the drive thru, and instead of simply waiting for someone else to help, they both went completely above and beyond. I wanted to recognize Madison, who works the morning shift at this Starbucks. Every time I’ve come in, she’s consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She makes customers feel appreciated from the moment they walk in, even when the store is busy. She also makes my complicated drink order perfect every time!

This place is a drive through with a small space for off the street orders. The staff is friendly and helpful, very warm and welcoming from start to finish. They are always moving as quickly as they can, managing mobile, walk in, and drive through orders. The team does their absolute best to correct issues when others might not. However, some customers report long wait times for mobile orders, waiting well beyond the time stated, with 25+ minutes for a simple drink being unreal. The app gets the time SO wrong. For the fastest and most accurate service, ordering ahead on the app is recommended; otherwise, walk-in orders may require a long wait. The Sumatra coffee was good, and a favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese. Some find it no different than any other Starbucks, with polite and friendly efficient staff.
