My biggest issue with this store is that they are stingy with building a luxe box. If and when they even offer it, they don’t offer the crunchwrap supreme like all the other stores (aside from alpine which I also avoid). Have more options and have them all the time!! Until you do, I’ll be headed to cedar or Rockford. The best thing about this store are the kids, most of them are super pleasant.
The past 2 times I’ve been here, I’ve had a great experience. The workers are friendly, helpful, and accommodating if an item is no longer available. I work near this location, but coming from Grand Rapids, and having been to most of the locations, this is my favorite location🙂 I appreciate you guys!

Taco Bell receives mixed feedback. One issue mentioned is that the store can be stingy with building a luxe box, and when it is offered, the crunchwrap supreme is not available like at other stores. One worker provided amazing customer service, super friendly and helpful, making the experience really enjoyable, and cared about making sure customers were taken care of. The place is a lot better, with a handle on the wait times and food hot and made correctly, though the drive-thru setup still sucks. Expect a small wait for any orders, even online pick up, as they don't start till you get there. It's not fast. Food tastes great and portion sizes are better than any other TB in the GR area, but toppings or items are forgotten a lot, especially Tomatoes. On a Saturday at the window, the service was super courteous and understanding, very nice, and did not get upset. The food was hot. Three tacos had plenty of cheese, meat, and lettuce. A call was made to comment that they did a great job.
