Order via the app as I do at least once a week! Once I placed my order I waited 40mins for my order to be delivered. I get my sandwich and it's completely wrong!! I call the store and say not only did my order take forever to get here (which it never does), it's not the correct order. The same driver brings the new sandwich back and hour later! I want to love this restaurant because the location is so convenient. Unfortunately I think this will be my last trip here. 27 minutes and counting in the drive thru. I’m trapped by the bushes. I think this time the fire department is fast than Jimmy John’s.
