I ordered a country club combo. I got home and was eating my sandwich and I felt something peculiar in my mouth. I found it to be a strand of hair unbeknownst to where it came from. It could have been a pubic hair in my food. I will never return to a jimmy johns!! They refused to give me a refund. They offered me a coupon for a sub sandwich. I have lost all confidence in Jimmy Johns to prepare me an adequate product. I visited the store the following day and was told I had to go online for a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund. I definitely do not recommend them, very poor customer service ?

I write this review from a toilet... Only the 3rd time I've had to go this Monday morning... Sunday night I spent puking and also on the toilet... How did I know it was Jimmy johns...? Well I sure tasted it again...You guys really need to rotate your food more frequently... It's basic food safety... Now due to your neglect (or maybe you just wanted to pinch pennies and pass off spoiled food to customers) now I gotta feel this today... I could care less for a refund... I definitely don't want any free food...I just don't want to be feeling like this on a Monday morning as I drive 3 hours to my customer...

I ordered chicken wrap. Came out no sauce and only croutons? Wrap wasnt fresh either. Had to wait for that . Wife didnt get her free sub with her purchase either. We really enjoy JJ's 4 gkids love JJ's. Just kinda dissatisfied this trip. Tried to call back , had to wait then hung up on. Honestly 1st time issues here.

I want to love this restaurant because the location is so convenient. Unfortunately I think this will be my last trip here. 27 minutes and counting in the drive thru. I’m trapped by the bushes. I think this time the fire department is fast than Jimmy John’s.

Little black kid screws up my order every time I go there. I get a #9 with no onions every time. Yet, whenever the kid makes my sub he screws it up. I only mention his color because that is the only differentiator I can use. The other workers are great. The white kid with all the jelly bracelets is great.Dietary restrictions: Can't eat onions

Order via the app as I do at least once a week! Once I placed my order I waited 40mins for my order to be delivered. I get my sandwich and it's completely wrong!! I call the store and say not only did my order take forever to get here (which it never does), it's not the correct order. The same driver brings the new sandwich back and hour later! So by now it's been almost 2 hours since I ordered my lunch! And then as the balls to ask me for the wrong sandwich back, because I can't have a double sandwich. Are you kidding? After waiting 2 hours you should be offering me extra meals. I will never order from Jimmy John's again!
