“I came to the Jimmy John’s here and they were very, very busy with a long line and I could not believe the great customer service that I got they all worked together. It was great teamwork. The prices are kind of expensive but it’s well worth it. The top three employees that I like the best actually Was Antonio. He had a smile on his face. He sure doesn’t even care if the line is so long. He’s just happy to have a paycheck.“

“Stopped at Subway for a quick meal and it was exactly what we needed. Staff was friendly, line moved fast, and everything looked fresh. Sandwich was made right, veggies were crisp, and bread was soft. It’s a solid, reliable option when you want something quick but still customizable. Nothing over the top, just a good, consistent sandwich experience. Would stop again.“

“I woke up panicked, realizing I hadn’t placed a catering order for 40 people I needed that day. I placed the order at 2:30am online on their catering website, at 7:30am I received a text confirming the order, at 9am I received a text confirming my order would be ready at 1:15pm, and when I arrived to pick up they were super attentive, didn’t mind that I added something on to the already gigantic last minute order. They gave me compliments, walked my two bags to the car, it was awesome customer service.“

“Food was okay. They weren't busy and it still took 15 minutes for our order. I am going to continue to downgrade my reviews for any business such as Subway that try to get me to subsidize employee pay with a tip on the checkout screen.“

“I hate to be one of “those people,” and I swear I’m usually not, but my sub was delivered today - luke warm & missing my soup and drink. It was here super quick, so I’m not sure why it would be cold. It was a bummer but I can tell that on a good day, this food would’ve been phenomenal and I plan on giving it a second chance. The Cajun mayo is perfect.“

“When I say I was very welcoming from the start of walking through the door. Angel was very patient, understanding and very kind even with the fact that I am very picky with how I like my food. I truly appreciate his kindness and if I must add in he did my salad just how I wanted y’all need more workers exactly like him and if I could be the one to tell his manager anything for him it would be that he deserves a raise and keep him on your team. Lastly to say to his parents they raised a well mannered young man for sure I give yall applause on the back.

“I usually frequent this store but today I went to a different location and regretted it. I'm running right back to my regular store on Henry. It's always made right the first time. It's always clean inside and I've always had excellent customer service.“
