The Subway restaurant is a popular choice known for its good food and great service. The staff is friendly and willing to engage with customers as they prepare the sandwiches. The food is enjoyable, and many customers recommend the establishment. While the drive-thru could use some improvement in order accuracy and repetition, the overall service is generally fast and precise, with amiable employees. Subway offers a wide range of fillings, making it a great option for those seeking a quality sub and healthier dining choices.
Some customers have had mixed experiences, with concerns about heavy condiments and inconsistent customization. However, many praise the excellent customer service and skilled sandwich preparation, particularly by the employee named Adam who takes pride in crafting each sandwich with care. Customers who frequent the specific location on Henry Street report consistently positive experiences, with the food prepared correctly the first time and the interior maintained in a clean condition.
