First they have a special on Tuesday for buy one get one large chili. When we tried to order we were told the chili wasn't ready. It was 730pm. Felt like they might have just not wanted to serve it. Perhaps corporate offices didn't want to honor the deal but who knows. Then the young man behind the counter who was less than enthusiastic about his job barely cared if we were there or not. I don't blame him but feels like a lack of support and training in customer service....read full review
