They forget something every other time we order here! They just forgot two cheese sauces today.. at least it wasn't full on sandwiches this time.
It's tough because we love the food and the staff is really nice but the consistency with which they forget part of our order is astoundingly bad.
I had a wonderful experience at Culver’s in Muskegon the Manager I think his name is Wade was helping me decide on some food when I had a couple questions about some ingredients that I thought I might be allergic to. He was very busy and took the time to come and talk to me. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.
Here on vacation from Scotland and this was my first ever visit to Culver’s, we come to Muskegon pretty regularly but this place is kind of tucked away in a corner so it’s less than obvious that it’s there if you are a stranger to the area. I’m not really a huge fan of fast food restaurants but this was way better than the competition, my burger had like a home made pate and I liked the fact that the french fries were crinkle cut and not those skinny efforts....read full review
