KFC offers excellent service with workers who go out of their way to make customers feel special. The staff is professional and courteous, ensuring a positive dining experience. The food is fresh and hot, with a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The $20 Fill Up Box is a popular choice among customers. Many reviews mention the food being delicious, with the chicken having just the right amount of crispiness. The atmosphere is fantastic, with employees, especially the store manager, bringing great spirit and humor to the dining experience. The mashed potatoes are a favorite, reminding some customers of their previous visits. The spicy chicken sandwich is highlighted as being much better than competitors, and the chicken fingers and fries are also praised as tasty. Despite a minor issue with an order, the district general manager and corporate team resolved situations promptly. Customers note the restaurant is clean and the employees are very sweet. The Chocolate Chip Cake remains a must-try dessert, described as moist and delicious. Overall, KFC provides a good meal experience, especially for those who enjoy chicken dishes like nuggets or fried chicken.
