We went into this location and one of the employees had one of the BEST attitudes I've seen! He was enthusiastic and kind! And when I left my backpack they even put it in the office until I could come back to get it! This guy is awesome and I hope he gets some praise if not something better!

I stopped at this KFC yesterday and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The young man at the register, Ernest, was absolutely outstanding. I ordered a 12‑piece family meal and he was “yes ma’am”-ing me, extra polite, and somehow managing to take care of other patrons at the same time—letting everyone know he’d be right with them without missing a beat.
