“I have been dinning in this Springlake ARBYS for yrs & have had some awful experiences, from the service to the food… I continue to keep coming back for my daughter who is obsessed with the mozzarella sticks!
Well today was a great day to return to this ARBYS! The assistant manager TE treated my daughter & I with the utmost respect, patience & kindness the true definition of customer service! “I frequent Subway often. This Subway was absolutely exceptional. What is forcing me to review was not only the customer service of everybody but Kathy, the manager, stood out! She was so warm and kind and very positive. Since I was new to the area I asked where would be a nice spot to sit and eat she directed me right down the road very easy to get to as well as suggested checking out the local farmers market. Both were amazing! Thank you Kathy for giving me such a great experience and if I'm ever back in town I will definitely be visiting again.“

“i don’t leave reviews too often, but I wanted to say that the lady at the drive thru (i believe her name is Katie) at this location is doing a great job. she got my double cheese and fry out quickly fresh and with a smile like always. me and my husband come here frequently and we can always tell it’s her when you hear a super sweet “helloooo.” great service and always a clean restaurant“
