This is my first and likely last time to a Popeyes. I had to wait in line forever at the drive-thru. Then the food was so unbelievably basic that it really wasn't worth the wait. However , I will say the strawberry biscuit was tasty if not as fresh as it could have been.

The GM was super kind! We had a 5-ish minute wait for some chicken sandwiches. He came over to the widow to let us know and he chatted with my grandmother. While I live out of state and am just home for a few days, I have to say, his customer service skills really stood out and made the experience a positive one. I hope his bosses compensate him properly!
