I asked the gentleman handling my veggie lover's pizza to clean the knife before cutting as I have meat restrictions, he went and grabbed a new shiny knife and showed it to me. Morever, when a worker came out of the washroom, he washed his hands and sanitized them at the sink beside the pizza prep table right there in front of us. Thank you very very much. Definitely coming again and again. Professional grade customer service and business...ok, an edit... when the same worker handled a cash order, he immediately washed his hands again before preparing the pizza. “The GM was super kind! We had a 5-ish minute wait for some chicken sandwiches. He came over to the widow to let us know and he chatted with my grandmother. While I live out of state and am just home for a few days, I have to say, his customer service skills really stood out and made the experience a positive one. I hope his bosses compensate him properly!“

“Excellent place!! Friday evening was the our very first experience at the Coop. I would definitely recommend them, as the food was by far the best fried chicken we’ve had so far. “Always sit at the bar and have a great experience, but bartender Kayla was brilliant! She was busy making drinks for the entire restaurant (Super Bowl Sunday!!), but never missed a beat serving the guests at her bar!!! She also took the time to spoon float perfect Black Velvets for me (pics to prove it). Also pours a proper Guinness!!“
“My only complaint is the confusion on the Caesar dips sometimes they are in the pizza portal other times they are not. One employee tells you they will never be in there and another says they always are. I just want to make sure I get my dips and they need their policy straight!“

“I love this Pizza Hut. It has a really nice, family friendly atmosphere. It is very clean in the dining area, and I never have to wait super long for my order, even when I order in-person. However, what I most appreciate about this place is the customer service. The employees are kind and helpful. For example, I picked up my pizza today and decided to add some wings onto the order. They told me it'd be about a 6-7 minute wait, and so I took my pizza and sat down. Not a minute later, another employee noticed and came up to me and said, "if you are waiting, would you like me to keep your pizza under the warmer for you?" I thought this was very kind and considerate.My kids love coming here because it's not usually super crowded and it's a comfortable place where they can speak normally; there is a very family-friendly atmosphere. Also, they prefer this pizza to Domino's because it's hot and fresh and the crust has a chewier texture. The only improvement I would suggest is that the bathrooms do need to be cleaned better (according to my husband, the men's room is a little...odorous, and I know that the same can be said for the women's room.“
“Ordered online for pick up right at opening time on a Wednesday. Order was ready when we got there. The poor guy checking us out was the only person working and had a lot of orders to fill and was doing a good job of keeping up while taking care of us. We are from out of town and would recommend it. We took our pizza to a local park to eat and take in the scenery.“
