Text order and called to confirm. First time ordering this way. After placing order I call to asked if I pay for order on txt and he said to come in to payGuy told me I had to come in To pay after getting text and Code. Didn't get a message for payment or confirmation until 15 minutes from my original Text. Did see it until was at jets. Got to Jets and didn't receive my order. And then was told I would have to wait another 25 minutes Julie the manager was rude and not helpful....read full review

Ordered online for pick up right at opening time on a Wednesday. Order was ready when we got there. The poor guy checking us out was the only person working and had a lot of orders to fill and was doing a good job of keeping up while taking care of us. We are from out of town and would recommend it. We took our pizza to a local park to eat and take in the scenery.

I own a Jet’s franchise out of state, so I may be a bit biased, but this pizza was so good! I’ve been on a low carb diet for awhile now, so I haven’t been eating much pizza, despite owning my own pizzeria lol. I’m currently in town visiting family and stopped by the Grand Haven location last night for some pizza. The person at the register was friendly and our food was ready to go on time.
