Ordered 3 pizzas and the pizzas were undercooked when we tried to eat them. Paid $60+ for undercooked pizza and was offered a $25 resolution by the store and corporate’s response was “guess the location just lost a customer”. Had great pizza in the past at this location, but after the last visit and poor customer care not sure we will return to this location sadly.

My 3 guests and I ordered take out pizza, it tasted undercooked and had a weird taste to the pizza. It wasn’t worth the $60 I spent that’s for sure

I love that you can get a slice of pizza it it's own little box, it's also quite tasty for a franchise pizza, no bathroom cost them a star but if you're a local on the fly, I'd recommend getting one.

Text order and called to confirm. First time ordering this way. After placing order I call to asked if I pay for order on txt and he said to come in to payGuy told me I had to come in To pay after getting text and Code. Didn't get a message for payment or confirmation until 15 minutes from my original Text. Did see it until was at jets. Got to Jets and didn't receive my order. And then was told I would have to wait another 25 minutes Julie the manager was rude and not helpful. Interrupting when I was nicely. explaining what happened. I called to confirm what I was doing and was misinformed be a new employee. Julie was very rude. The poor employee at the Register was working hard. Multi tasking. No 15% given to top it off!!! Julie really new to learn to be a little more respectful and kind to customers. No people skills. Pizza usually good. And i waiting patiently.

Ordered a pizza with text as they advertised 15% off and waited but got not response. Called the store and they knew who I was and asked what I wanted I explained I ordered on text and Dillon said sometimes the text has issues. I then asked if I would get my 15% discount since I was placing the order on the phone. Dillon said they cant do that so I told him to forget the order since the system wasnt working and Dillon said.. our text system is working? OH Really? why didnt I get a message back on text and why did I have to call the store then ? Terrible customer service. I have been ordering from this place a long time but this will be my last. too many other options in grand haven. Good luck Jets if this is how you treat your regulars then you will be short on customers eventually

Ordered online for pick up right at opening time on a Wednesday. Order was ready when we got there. The poor guy checking us out was the only person working and had a lot of orders to fill and was doing a good job of keeping up while taking care of us. We are from out of town and would recommend it. We took our pizza to a local park to eat and take in the scenery.

I called to have a pizza delivered,when I asked about using a coupon for 5.00 dollars off,the employee taking my order said she wasen't sure how it worked and put me on hold,she finally got back on the phone and asked what my method of payment would be,I said cash,then I told her I did not have enough cash on me and would have to use my debit card,she took down all my card information.When the pizza delivery man got here,he said he was told we would be paying with cash, we told him we gave all our card info to the employee that took our order,he said he would have to call his manager,I also called and talked to a manager,because I was worried about being charged twice.I asked her if they would take any money off because of all the inconvenience She put me on hold for a very long time, finally gets back on the phone and tells me they will not take any money off our order,my husband was outside with the delivery man trying to get it all straightened out.I usually order from Dominoes and thought I would try Jet's.never again,I shouldn't have to go through a 20 minute ordeal when my pizza is delivered.

Food is excellent. Pizzas are hot and tasty. The Cinnamon stix were delicious. I. ordered extra icing but really didm't need it . Pizza was delivered early, which was fine. All in all still one of my favorites.
