“I visited this restaurant last week and had their ribeye steak and I have to admit it was the "best steak" I've had in awhile. You could darn near cut it with a fork. The service was good and accommodating with what you wanted or needed. The meal was a little pricey at $39.00 a plate plus tip but it was really tasty and filling. I would love to eat there every week if I could.“

“I basically quit going there after COVID because the service was terrible. I gave it another try about a month ago and still not good. I decided to stop in today and what a difference. They had all new employees and we got served immediately and the food was hot and our wait time was less than a minute. The manager came out to ask us how things were. It has never been like this. If they continue the great service I could see stopping in there more often. Nicely done!“

“Excellent place!! Friday evening was the our very first experience at the Coop. I would definitely recommend them, as the food was by far the best fried chicken we’ve had so far. That says a lot as we both have a love for fried chicken, however eager to try many other items on the menu. Thank you for a great experience. See you again.“

“I was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful voice as I placed my order at the drive through. I believe her name was Amanda. Great attitude and a pleasant interaction. The server at the window was also very friendly and pleasant. That shows me that it is a customer friendly service. As always the meal was great. I enjoy that kind of experience.“

“Ordered online for pick up right at opening time on a Wednesday. Order was ready when we got there. The poor guy checking us out was the only person working and had a lot of orders to fill and was doing a good job of keeping up while taking care of us. We are from out of town and would recommend it. We took our pizza to a local park to eat and take in the scenery.“

“This was the first time ordering using the app and opting for home delivery. Overall, the portion sizes were smaller than I remember from some years ago, but I would expect that based on the economy.Overall, I was pleased with my order and its delivery.“

I asked the gentleman handling my veggie lover's pizza to clean the knife before cutting as I have meat restrictions, he went and grabbed a new shiny knife and showed it to me. Morever, when a worker came out of the washroom, he washed his hands and sanitized them at the sink beside the pizza prep table right there in front of us. Thank you very very much. Definitely coming again and again. Professional grade customer service and business...ok, an edit... when the same worker handled a cash order, he immediately washed his hands again before preparing the pizza. “I love this Pizza Hut. It has a really nice, family friendly atmosphere. It is very clean in the dining area, and I never have to wait super long for my order, even when I order in-person. However, what I most appreciate about this place is the customer service. The employees are kind and helpful. For example, I picked up my pizza today and decided to add some wings onto the order. They told me it'd be about a 6-7 minute wait, and so I took my pizza and sat down. Not a minute later, another employee noticed and came up to me and said, "if you are waiting, would you like me to keep your pizza under the warmer for you?" I thought this was very kind and considerate.My kids love coming here because it's not usually super crowded and it's a comfortable place where they can speak normally; there is a very family-friendly atmosphere. Also, they prefer this pizza to Domino's because it's hot and fresh and the crust has a chewier texture. The only improvement I would suggest is that the bathrooms do need to be cleaned better (according to my husband, the men's room is a little...odorous, and I know that the same can be said for the women's room.“

“Always sit at the bar and have a great experience, but bartender Kayla was brilliant! She was busy making drinks for the entire restaurant (Super Bowl Sunday!!), but never missed a beat serving the guests at her bar!!! She also took the time to spoon float perfect Black Velvets for me (pics to prove it). Also pours a proper Guinness!!“

“We had 3 people help us and they all were so kind. One woman helped us carry our food to the table and the manager was pleasant and stopped by to check on us. Everyone had a smile on their face and made for a pleasant experience. Food was good too!“
