“Had best experience at this location. Person name Felicia as the cashier she was greeted us and welcomed as and did the order with very happy face. It was very rare at the bk location. Workers like this make a very memorable experience. Kudos to the cashier and all team. Everyone worked as a team.“
“In all my experience, Subway franchises have done great with standardizing the process for good food. The service at the Subway in North Muskegon was excellent, and the gal making my sub offered helpful suggestions when I asked. We dined in and were able to enjoy a pleasant conversation.“
“went in there for a bite to eat- Most of the locations around Muskegon are awful, especially the one on Holton road. We will drive from Twin Lake to this location though- they have it all together! Ate inside and was there long enough to tell the manager was getting on the employees hind ends- as she should have been! I’m not sure of who her name is, if she’s the assistant manager or general manager but man she was whooping those employees into shape it was hilarious! They need her down at the Holton rd location! Food was served in a fast manner, was fresh and the employees were friendly. Finally, some good service from a McDonald’s!“
“Feb and March 2024: I tried your burger special of the month. Feb was Mikey's Melt on marbled rye. I was so pleased!! Perfection. Everything blended and I savored every bite !!! A single smash patty was plenty.I went back a few wks later in March, not knowing u did different specialty burgers each month and was so disappointed i couldn't get the same burger. The guy with the great outgoing personality taking my order said Ham & Jam was the March burger of the month, explained it. I was leary with those ingredients, but took his word and ordered it. DANG !!!! What a tasty burger, all those perfectly blended ingredients !!!! Ham, egg, and jam ?!! YES, more please !!Now for my next visit I won't know what to try but feel confident it will be another creative invention that I will love ❤️!!“
“The food is decent but they need back up workers on call for when it gets busy that way it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to order an ice cream not a complaint against the employees. But the owner should consider hiring part time people specifically for busy time“

“My wife and I go to Jersey Mikes in Fruitport often. The people are friendly and remember how we like our sandwiches assembled, even knowing that I like Jalapeños on my #9 mini on wheat sandwich. I have never in the almost three years of going there have had a bad experience or meal. They honor my military status and my request for a drink carrier and a bag with a handle when I order take out. I recommend this great place to everyone I know.Parking: I’m disabled and always have a parking space close to the door.“
