“Had best experience at this location. Person name Felicia as the cashier she was greeted us and welcomed as and did the order with very happy face. It was very rare at the bk location. Workers like this make a very memorable experience. Kudos to the cashier and all team. Everyone worked as a team.“

“When I go to this location in the morning (I don’t go later in the day as much), they get through the line fast! Christopher is usually taking my order and he is polite and thorough! The food is always hot and quick. I usually don’t go inside, so I can’t really rate atmosphere.“

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“

“Seriously this place is amazing!!! So first off, I thought it was just a burger joint and it's totally not. They have a little bit of everything. I've been here a couple times now and tried a few different dishes. The philly cheese steak is to die for. Seriously it was great. The cheese was melted to perfection. I've also tried the crab rangoon. Those are my favorite. I will no longer eat them from anywhere else!!! The prices are well worth it, you get a ton of food. Our orders have always been ready on time and they open each container to let you see what you are getting!!!“

“I waited several minutes at the bar before someone came to take my order. There was no one behind the bar (it was just past lunchtime and the place was not busy). Food was delicious although the steak (8 oz. Bourbon Street) was overcooked. When I pointed that out to the server, he immediately returned it to the kitchen and ordered another which was cooked to order. He also gave me a complimentary salad. Over all, good service, once started. Pleasant atmosphere.“
