“The gentleman who brought my food to me in the drive thru at about 1230, was so kind and friendly, he made my day. He also took the time to make sure I had everything in my order and it was correct. Very appreciated, food was amazing as always!“
“We usually eat at Wendy's a couple times a week. It's right on the way home from work, and the food is good, if a bit overpriced. The Frosty keytag is nice, though. For a one-time donation, you get a tiny frosty that's just enough for dessert every time you visit. The soda machine is fun, with lots of good flavors, including a couple very tasty cream soda options. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and the service after ordering is usually very fast. We can barely get our drinks filled and our food is up already. However, we don't love the dining room. The seating along one side runs all together like everyone sitting there is one big family. The seating down the middle uses stools, which are not handy when you want to take your coat off to eat. The table in front of the "fireplace" is low, like a coffee table. There are only a couple regular booths and, for good reason, they are often taken. The old, classic Wendy's location was laid out a lot better and the building looked like it belonged in a small town, not a large urban metropolis. But all Grand Haven's fast food places have that look now, so it's not just Wendy's.Overall, it's one of the better fast food options in town. With the higher quality food and the great staff, we can overlook the cost and atmosphere.Parking: The parking lot can be full during peak times. It can also be difficult to get out of the back driveway when the drive-thru is busy because people try to enter the line from that entrance and block the way rather than driving around the building to get in the line as they're supposed to. At most times, though, parking is easy and not a problem.“
“Dietary restrictions: You can ask to have certain items be taken off or not added at all.Parking: There's always a spot unless they're extremely busy!Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome and they're always nice and respectful to kids. Just no playground inside.Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a wheelchair, or two good legs, you can easily get into the building. They accommodated for special needs such as wheelchairs.“
“How could you not like a bacon cheeseburger? BK makes the best Fast Food burgers. The service was great, the food we ordered we received hot and correct. The atmosphere was awesome, we we got our food to go (drive-thru).Parking: Free parking...“
“This place has 50 years+ of great service, great food, and great service to our community. I love the Beef nachos Supreme. True Love likes the seafood nachos. We like the fresh salsa with it. My other favorite is the Black n bleu cheese burger. Stuffed with crumbled bleu cheese and covered with it on the outside. Or try the California burger. It has guacamole so I eat it with a knife & fork. Not so messy. Recently tried the fresh mozzarella & basil chicken sandwich. So yummy. It's joining the favorite's list. The service is spectacular - we are always well taken care of. And they know who we are...just like the Cheers TV show. This is a second home! !!!“
“What a great place to eat! There are always great options for various styles of food and fare. The staff are always well prepared and friendly. It's nice to see a locally-owned and operated business that is well-supported and does such a wonderful job. Keep up the great job and we can't wait to go back!“
“Had a bacon burger last week at my local Applebee's in Muskegon, MII had a young gentleman named Camaron who said he was new. I must say they needed some fresh new help, this Guy was attentive, funny and friendly. Made sure our food was good and drinks were full. I'll be coming back more often again! Keep it up Applebees!“
“Good place to try something different. Got the mighty mac-kinac which was good but was missing the key ingredient Mac-n-cheese. It had some at the bottom but comparing it to online is such a difference. Will be back for some shakes and The Paul Bunyan Burger!“
“Used to think 5 guys was too expensive for a burger and fries. Tried them again and had what was legitimately one of the best burgers in my life. Absolutely going back, might even come up with an excuse to drive 30 miles back to this one.Parking: Plenty of spotsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the right of the door and multiple wheelchair accessible tables.“
