Burger Restaurants near Grand Haven

“Great spot. Obviously when you’re traveling in this area you hope to eat somewhere local and more “legit”, but everything was closed in this area for dining by 9pm (insane for a holiday weekend). I’m so grateful this place was open late. The deal of 2 entrees and an app for $25 is a STEAL in this economy. We got the ribs and loaded mashed potatoes, fiesta lime chicken and spinach artichoke dip. Everything was delicious. I could totally see myself making the lime chicken at home for some tacos or enchiladas. So flavorful. They had the Michigan and western game on as well but it wasn’t overly loud or anything. Our server was nice and attentive.“

“Can't say enough good about the food, staff and service. I enjoy, simply watching and listening to how the staff and customers interact while waiting for my order. They are all truly a special group who should hold classes on how customer service should be done. Not to short change the food! The absolute best burgers and grilled cheese ive had since Mr Fables closed years and years ago. I didnt think anything would ever compare, but then Mikeys opened up in Spring Lake! Not only is the food and staff amazing, but the way that Mikey gives back to the community, especially the community that needs help the most. Mike also, is a huge supporter of high school sports as well, and his influence alone will make a huge impact on our future generations. Again, I cant say enough good, but I hope I did it some justice.“

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“

“Our first time here and the guy at the counter was very helpful and kind. Didn’t make us feel like we had to quickly order something. Fries are sooo good. Burger was good but I personally felt it wasn’t seasoned enough and didn’t care for the bun. It’s that cheap bun flavor but still a good burger overall and fresh tasting!!“
