“Can't say enough good about the food, staff and service. I enjoy, simply watching and listening to how the staff and customers interact while waiting for my order. They are all truly a special group who should hold classes on how customer service should be done. Not to short change the food! The absolute best burgers and grilled cheese ive had since Mr Fables closed years and years ago. I didnt think anything would ever compare, but then Mikeys opened up in Spring Lake! Not only is the food and staff amazing, but the way that Mikey gives back to the community, especially the community that needs help the most. Mike also, is a huge supporter of high school sports as well, and his influence alone will make a huge impact on our future generations. Again, I cant say enough good, but I hope I did it some justice.“

“i don’t leave reviews too often, but I wanted to say that the lady at the drive thru (i believe her name is Katie) at this location is doing a great job. she got my double cheese and fry out quickly fresh and with a smile like always. me and my husband come here frequently and we can always tell it’s her when you hear a super sweet “helloooo.” great service and always a clean restaurant“

“We decided to go for a late night dinner. Stopped by for an adult beverage and a grilled chicken dinner. My wife had the salmon. My step son had the grilled cheese burger. We all enjoyed the food, and appreciated them being open late hours.“

“Was very loud in there too loud for us they sat us in the bar late night. Prefer a much quieter scene but this was what was open. Food took forever to come out. It was decent once it arrived. Waitress was kind of slow refilling drinks and checking on us. Apps should have came out a lot quicker and also the entire meal. We had the ribs they were ok. The rest was apps for the most part and a steak. But if you want steak this is not the place to get it unless you like well done cook. Recommend somewhere else unless this is your only choice.“

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“

“I was about to give up on this location. I was sad because it was the closest one to my house. I decided to give it one more try. Well let me tell you something, my burger was the best burger I’d ever had from a Five Guys. Turns out they had hired a new person to work grill. I don’t know how she used the same ingredients, but made better burgers than anyone else. I had to send my compliments to the chef that day. Since then I have become a regular you could say. She now appears to be at management level (different shirt color). That same love she put into cooking burgers is now going into running the store. It is always clean and tidy. Chairs always pushed in. Tables always clean. Floors swept. If you haven’t tried this location lately, stop in. If Zamiyah is working you are in for a treat! Quincy did a fantastic job on my burger tonight! Thank you Zamiyah and Quincy!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Culver’s in Muskegon the Manager I think his name is Wade was helping me decide on some food when I had a couple questions about some ingredients that I thought I might be allergic to. He was very busy and took the time to come and talk to me. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.“

“Spend over $30 get 2 big breakfasts with hot cakes, no jelly gave us 1 syrup & 1 butter for everyone .. called & they said if you wanna come back we will give you another syrup lol .. won't be back !! Village restaurant from now on !!“
