In my opinion the chef and close a restaurant from not caring about what is sent out . And when I received the burger bundle it was still cold the cheese was still hard on it and the toast from The Omelette tasted so stale and cold and not butter.
I looked at the receipt to see if there was a link to leave a shoutout but didn't see one so I came on here. My son and I don't get to eat out often but every now and then we stop at the Apple location. The past 2 times I've stopped the receipt said the guy at the windows name was Damon. He's friendly and professional and always gets my food out hot. After having a very rough day today it was greatly appreciated! I stopped on my way north. This one I visited was on apple ave. I was upset as there was only 1 car in front of me and 1 behind me. I didn't see anyone inside. All I ordered was 1 hamburger and an order of cheese curds. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and then I was down the road and noticed the cheese curds were over cooked! They were so over cooked that not only were they burnt but there was no cheese inside! I don't think I will be back again nor will I recommend...read full review
