My most recent visit was quite a poor experience. I had used a mobile order and it was a bit slow, which i can deal with. no issues, things happen. I was also given two coupons for free tacos which is why the service here got a bump. However, the food was not good. In the orders i picked up there were 2 crunchwrap supremes. Both of them probably only had a tablespoon or two of meat total and it was all located in one little corner of the wrap and it was just lettuce and tomato...read full review
My order was messed up when I got it, we went back inside to have it fixed and it was messed up still after I got it back.
I don’t usually complain, but the service here has gotten consistently worse, and it’s frustrating. Orders are almost always slow I’ve received multiple free taco cards at this point, which says a lot. While I appreciate the gesture, it shouldn’t be happening often enough to need compensation. I’ve even had to turn my car off in the drive-thru because of how long it takes.
