Generally they are slower than the second coming of Christ.. They never pay attention so order is wrong more times than its right, but because one prefers to get out of there while they are still young enough to move under their own power its often not worth waiting to have it corrected. In dec we were second in line indoors for 2 drinks, we were there 45 MINUTES!! You could see staff chatting watched one girl spend 15 minutes making one drink. Expensive but they always have coupons and offers and the coffees and bagels are absolutely incredible! It's a favorite in my house.Dietary restrictions: They offer low fat and sugar free for those need or want the option
