Sam is right next door to my work, my co-workers and I usually get breakfast at least once a week! He's very accommodating, and has excellent food. 13/10 would recommend. Can't wait to visit again!

I only had a credit card to pay. The lady instantly turned her face upside down. Then proceeds to tell me it will be a .50 charge because what I purchased is less than $5. There is no sign saying a extra charge will be added if the total is less $5 using a card. How is this my issue to cover what a company charges you to use there service in order to collect payment from a credit card.

I think his place may be closed. I wanted to go for breakfast. If it is there, no signs are visible from the road.I tried to find it, and there are only office buildings. Maybe it is now The Rusty Bucket?

Sam is very friendly and there are good vegetarian options available here. It is tough to out of the office area sometimes during lunch time. This is the best place close to office to grab the lunch.
