Ordered the Italian and not only did my freaky fast delivery take 45 minutes for a 9 minute drive my sub was not good at all. Huge chunks of lettuce, ham tasted sour.

I ordered delivery. I PURPOSELY checked EXTRA everything because I hate a DRY sandwich. Well guess what IT WAS DRY!!! And missing the JJ peppers and EXTRA everything else. I called and they remade the sandwich, delivered it back to me and it was still DRY but with the peppers. Because they remade my order and redelivered I give a 5 for service. The gentleman did not argue with me or anything. Simply said it will be there soon. In today's economy, I personally don't want to debate about my money I'm spending and the gentleman never once made me feel like it was my fault.

Regularly late on deliveries. Scheduled orders arrive over an hour late. Rude staff when trying to resolve issues.

Very strange, went through drive through and the lady was so rude. Not sure why. We were very nice. When we pulled up, the male worker was taking a video or picture of us or the people that just walked out. Not sure what was happening there. Never had this type of experience before.

i came in and the lady working was super rude. i would say what i want on my sandwich and she would speak over me and try to correct me on the name of the menu item. then when i asked for just a cup of ice she said i can’t do that. then when my food’s ready, she doesn’t tell me it’s ready. She just places at the end of the counter and I’m the only customer in there. There’s no one else in there instead of just handing it to me and then she tells me I can go get it over there absolutely ridiculous. Why would you even pay someone to give horrible service like that?
The sandwich in Jimmy John's ad are misleading I've ordered chicken wraps and the most recent one was the Mediterranean wrap owner shame on the lack of chicken and ingredients especially vegetables these sandwiches are so disappointing that I refuse too just give away my money too any Jimmy John's especially this location. So my solution for me and my family is too use the recipes by buying the readily ingredients and make your recipes at home buying ingredients for sandwiches/wraps from local food retailers/markets that works for me and saving my money from skimping servings at a Jimmy John's I'm assuming it's across the chain's. Customers wake up another Chipotle's scam skimping portions for it's customers paying enormously high prices including Jimmy John's fast food's.

Really disappointing. Stingy on the ingredients. Not only was the layer of tuna only about 4mm thick where it was, it only covered about 70% of the bread. Barely any vegetables. Turkey sandwich wasn’t much better. After spending more than $10/sandwich, including a standard tip, definitely won’t be back. 2 stars instead of 1 because we didn’t have to wait long.

I made an online order. It wasn't at the finished carryout orders when I looked, but the person behind the counter noticed and asked me right away what they could help me with and my order was actually already made, they just still had it in a bag behind the counter. Whoever is working there at this time of day should get a raise. They are extremely helpful and greet you when you walk in and walk out.
