It all depends on who is making the sandwiches, if it the guy who looks like he hate his life with the short lady, Im usually out within like 2 seconds after I place my order, anyone else Im usually there for like 10 minutes waiting on my 1 sandwich.

A co-worker and I visited this location and upon walking in there was a horrible smell inside I don’t know if it was from spoiled food , restroom or some sort of a plumbing issue but it was bad. The customer service wasn’t to great needs improvement. I ordered a turkey tom which had very little turkey and the tomatoes were softer than normal.

The restaurant smells of RAW SEWAGE making it impossible to order or dine in. This is the second time in a month I visited this location and nothing has changed. AVOID until management fixes this issue.

Ordered the Italian and not only did my freaky fast delivery take 45 minutes for a 9 minute drive my sub was not good at all. Huge chunks of lettuce, ham tasted sour.

I ordered delivery. I PURPOSELY checked EXTRA everything because I hate a DRY sandwich. Well guess what IT WAS DRY!!! And missing the JJ peppers and EXTRA everything else. I called and they remade the sandwich, delivered it back to me and it was still DRY but with the peppers. Because they remade my order and redelivered I give a 5 for service. The gentleman did not argue with me or anything. Simply said it will be there soon. In today's economy, I personally don't want to debate about my money I'm spending and the gentleman never once made me feel like it was my fault.
