Great food, great service and at a cheap price!

They were pretty busy when I went in, but the worker took time to clean the station, wash her hands and change her gloves. Not sure why she chose that exact moment when people were waiting, but I appreciated it nonetheless. I got a bowl with beans, rice, salsa, cheese etc. The portions are huge. I watched her make a quesadilla and a burrito. I jave no idea how she rolled up that burrito and got it to close, but she did. The staff was friendly and did a good job. Food was quite good. I would go back.

Went in there for lunch the other day and one guy was working the counter the other in the back. Was turned away after waiting in line for my entire luch. After being told he had to make the 13 online orders. Probably the last time I will ever go to Qdoba again and tell everyone I know to stay away as well

I stopped by Qdoba recently and had a great experience, thanks to one of the employees—JJ. She was awesome. Super on point with everything, clearly good at her job, and had just the right attitude: positive, friendly, quick!

Look, I don’t expect every employee to be bubbly all the time—people have bad days—but when someone’s clearly burnt out or irritable, it makes the whole experience feel kind of off. It actually makes me less likely to want to go back for lunch. So having someone like JJ there was a refreshing change of pace. She made the visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. Give that woman a raise!!

Service could have been better. We were informed that the drink option we wanted for a kids meal was not available (a fountain drink). She gave us a very small flimsy cup instead. I told her that we have ordered several times from other locations and they always give us a regular size cup.
Also, when she was finished packaging our order, she shoved the bags toward us without a word.
Not the worst service but definitely not the friendliest.

Manager was excellent

Axel went above and beyond. He was very polite and made us feel welcome. Will be coming back!

$2 to add rice - come on…

Friendly staff

Highly recommend this location, always clean friendly people. Food always hot and fresh. James always makes sure he has a smile on his face.
