They were pretty busy when I went in, but the worker took time to clean the station, wash her hands and change her gloves. I stopped by Qdoba recently and had a great experience, thanks to one of the employees—JJ. She was awesome. Super on point with everything, clearly good at her job, and had just the right attitude: positive, friendly, quick!

Service could have been better. We were informed that the drink option we wanted for a kids meal was not available (a fountain drink). She gave us a very small flimsy cup instead. I told her that we have ordered several times from other locations and they always give us a regular size cup.
Also, when she was finished packaging our order, she shoved the bags toward us without a word.
Not the worst service but definitely not the friendliest.
