Greeted warmly by the host, server very pleasant and professional, order placed and received as requested, food very tasty, bill payment was completed without error, take out boxes were provided
The young hostess at the front was rude and dismissive. She wanted to seat my party outside on the patio. We are all over 70 and even though it was covered it would have been too warm for us. She said if we wanted to sit inside I should have requested that. I thought sitting inside was presumed unless you requested something else. She told my party that I was being adamant. I was. Some of our party have ailments and we would not have been able to enjoy the afternoon if they were uncomfortable. I was disappointed in her and Our waiter. I asked him if he had any other type of chocolate dessert besides cake. If replied if I did I would have mentioned it. Great staff they have there.
Very kind waiter. Food was enjoyed by all. Salmon, bbq chicken salad, burger were all good.
Very nice and polite waiter. Nice experience for nice family sit down. Although they do need to expand their menu.
Had the corned beef and cabbage for St Patrick's Day. Honestly best I have ever had. All 4 of us agreed. Too old to need the companionship of a bunch of drunks to enjoy the day, so this was a perfect option to celebrate! Always great service. Loved the happy hour apps, too.
We were there for dinner after a conference at a local hotel. The food was great and the service was even better.
Great happy hour. 1/2 off all appetizers. Fried pickles and shrimp. Ordered fish sandwich and sweet potato fries.
The server, Marty, was wonderful. She was quick with service and was friendly. The food was very good. We brought friends who had never been to Rusty Bucket and they were impressed. Since it was my recommendation to come to the restaurant, I am happy they enjoyed themselves and their meals.
Tommy the manager was so knowledgeable and kind to our party. Im we will definitely be back next year💜
