Sarah is EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She is so genuine and always knows what my order is before I even tell her! She is efficient, yet so personable every time I see her, and I can tell that the training she provides the new staff ensures that they will learn to have the same qualities when they are on their own. I enjoy seeing her when I come to the drive-thru, as I know that my order will always be correct, and be greeted with a smile and warm presence. Thank you!!

Paid almost $13, I got an ice coffee for myself and two mocha magic milks. The mocha magic milks were basically white milk and my kids are bummed! I know from now on I will drive to Clio and pay $10 for the same order, only they will make it right!

Went here on vacation and absolutely loved the quality of coffee and service we received! I have to say though, after working at a biggby myself for over 3 years, i love to pull up and receive the same great coffee and vibes from different stores!

Ordered a matcha with cold foam and almond milk and sugar free vanilla flavor…there was no sf vanilla in it so the matcha tasted terrible ?Might give this location another go but the Saginaw location makes better matcha as it’s suppose to have sweetener in it. Sad my matcha doesn’t taste good and not happy I wasted almost $9 for a drink that doesn’t even taste correct ?
