I am a long time customer but today ruined it for me. I had to travel out here to pick something up and i thought id stop because its a treat to stop here. I was waiting in the parking lot for them to open for about 15 mins. I walk up to the door and they’re locked. I waited and waited standing with my infant in his stroller in the snow & freezing cold for like 5 mins & someone came out & said they weren't going to open the doors for another 15 mins. Turned away business & left me & my baby standing in the snow & didn’t let us even stand in the foyer to wait. I am stunned. If you cant make it to open at 10:30 change your hours to open at 11:00.

Orders me food at 12:11 waited almost 10 minutes and the speaker. Did not pull out into 12:57. Food was cold and wrong. I sat at the window looking at my food for over 5 minutes. Felt totally ignored. Terrible wait staff. Adriana was sweet but the worst wait time I’ve ever had at a fast food Restruant and the wrong order. I just threw it away and went to Culver’s I didn’t have another hour for the correction order.

Love their burgers, fries, cheese curds, and Boston Coolers! Staff were friendly, place was clean, food was cooked to order fresh and delicious! Also, they cook in beef tallow; no seed oils! I love the fact they put the effort to decorate for the holidays; will definitely be back on my next trip North!

I think I’m done with Halo Burger the taste has changed so much in the past few years! They can’t even make a Cream-Ale any more. Very sad!!

I went thru the drive thru so I can't speak to atmosphere, but I'm told you can get a beer inside. The specialty Burger was excellent! It was tasty and filling. I dare say the biggest, single patty, fast food burger I've had in a long time.

The Flint style Coney here is spot-on! And, of course, the Boston Cooler made with Vernors is the the only true accompaniment! Great spot to stop for true Flint flavors!

Food is always good and doesn't take long for the orders to come up although every single time I come to this location none of the employees are happy and you can tell by the way they act towards each other it's not very inviting and the employees aren't that friendly at all but the food is super good and that's why I go there!
