Halo Burger (Birch Run)

Help needed!
There was a sign on the door advertising for applicants.
I was excited to try this little place that’s been serving up burgers since 1923 off I 75
My first stop was to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was Not clean at all. As I was leaving two members of the staff, we’re headed in to clean it up and they did because I needed to wash my hands after drinking my overflowing Boston cooler and getting my hands all sticky because they put too much in the cup
After ordering my food, I noticed I got an apple pie instead of the cherry pie I requested The burgers were your Typical old-time style, but the onion rings and tater tots were soaked in grease.
It’s hard for me to leave a bad review, but by the end of my dining experience, I couldn’t wait to leave

Went to dine in and was told it was a 20 minute wait for food. After 45 minutes there was still many orders ahead of us because they were prioritizing the drive thru over the dine ins. Didn’t even try the food because had been over an hour and we just got a refund.

Went inside to dine. Ordered our food at 7:35 p.m. and was told it would be about a 20-minute wait as they were a little backed up. After 45 minutes of waiting. There were still over five orders ahead of ours. They were tending to the drive-thru and not the dine in and people had been waiting way too long. Didn't even get to try the food because we decided to get our money back. Drive a half mile down the road and get Sonic instead.

The food was OK even though I was expecting a great experience, it fell very short. The drive-thru was busy, so I went inside. I waited for about 15 min to even place my order. There was a dark haired girl with a nose ring who kept saying that she would be with me in a minute. Time went by and still nothing. I decided to wait because I was on a road trip and had read reviews hyping the place up. It definitely was not worth the wait.

Terrible waited 20 minutes to be handed all wrong items . I went in asked for a refund . Just a big waste of time 😑

I don't remember what it was called but I got the burger with Jalapenos. It's the best jalapeno burger I've had. Had the right amount of spice.
