I don't say this often.......it was horrible! $10 for a burger that I took 1 bite out of and threw out. I should have asked for my money back. That IS NOT 100%

Used to work there they have mice and bugs dont go and shut down 4 times for it

Not prepared for black firday, was told 15 minute wait, didn't get my food until 45 minutes later. They also ran out of bacon and still charged me full price for a barbecue burger. Unfriendly staff as well.

The Good:The burger itself was a good, flavorful patty with a nice crispy sear. Sauces and toppings were good, and without the issue I mention below it would be a top-tier diner-style burger.The fries were thin, crispy, and well seasoned.The Not-So-Good:Both me and my wife had a very crusty bottom bun. Let me be clear, I don't mean it was toasted and crisp, but dried out and chewy/hard. I think maybe the buns were set upright over some heat, causing the bottom of the buns to dry out, as the top bun was fine. It was very distracting and really dragged down the whole experience.The fries, being very thin, suffered badly from the cheese topping, getting very soggy. If the cheese was served on the side I think they would have been great.It was pretty expensive for a meal that was just OK. I think its closest competitor is probably Culver's, which is a bit cheaper. With corrections to the bun (probably just setting the cut side over the heat so it toasts rather than drying out) and putting the cheese on the side for the cheese fries, it may have been worth the price. The burger was very good and flavorful, and it might be worth a return trip as Birch Run doesn't have many good offerings.

Be careful.. google maps takes you to the bubble tea shop for some reason, while the actual location is next to Yankee candles! Now after we found the restaurant ? we ordered the signature burger and another one with beef bacon and they were both fresh, tasty, and juicy. We also got the cheese fries which I liked a lot. The seasoned fries were ok. Indoor seating is reasonable. Recommended. ????

All but one review looks fake but I figured I would try them out anyway. Been there three different times and they are never open even during their posted business hours. Now I wonder how fresh the food will be so I won't be trying this place out after all.

True to their name, it was an incredible burger. The service was a great and the food was hot and ready for pick up. The burger meat is absolutely delicious and the fires go amazing with the burger.Perfect for dinner pick up on my way home from work. Recommend it wholeheartedly.

Definitely need to work on customer service, the cashier lady was rude it was more of a tone she used and body language.
